How much is it to include paintball in my retreat?

  •  $250/hr for up to 10 guests ($25 per guest above 10 guests, max. 20 guests per hour)
  • Includes: Staff-led instructions, paintball marker, safety equipment & approx 100 paintballs per guest

How old do you have to be to participate?

All participants must be 13 years or older.

Where is the Paintball Park located?

The Paintball Park is located behind Mary’s Grotto at the north end of camp.

What should I wear to paintball?

Everyone is required to wear closed-toe shoes. We also highly recommend pants and long sleeves to protect your skin.

Is the paint washable?

We source water-soluble paintballs. However, we still recommend wearing older clothing just in case.

What kind of games will we play?

Our trained staff of facilitators will select games appropriate for each group. They may include games like the Last Man Standing or Capture the Flag.

What safety equipment do we use?

All participants in paintball are required to wear a full mask at all times. Additionally, our paintball markers are equipped with 3 different layers of safeties to prevent accidental misfire.

  1. A barrel bag is on to prevent paint from escaping the marker
  2. There is a mechanical safety button on the marker
  3. Instruction is given on how to hold the marker while keeping your finger off the trigger

The Paintball Park is located away from the main camp, surrounded by thick vegetation and a heavy safety net to prevent paintballs from hitting anyone not involved in play.

How long does a session last?

Each session lasts one hour. Within that hour we can facilitate several games depending on the team’s speed and interest.

How many can participate at a time?

The Paintball Park can currently accommodate 20 people at a time, split into 2 teams.

Does it hurt to get hit?

Our markers are calibrated to safe speeds of no more than 280 feet per second, and participants are instructed to fire no less than 20 feet away from someone. These precautions lessen the chance of a paintball impact causing pain.
