We use Printify, a print-on-demand service, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered. We work with a direct-to-garment business through them called Monster Digital. They take care of all our prints and shipping.

We use Printify, a print-on-demand service, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not supported if you entered the wrong shipping information, ordered the wrong size or color, or simply don’t like the product.

However, if you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, we will work with Printify to replace or refund your order if we receive notice within 25 days of delivery. To do so, please send an email to abbey@whisperingwinds.org with clear photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

You are free to cancel an order anytime within 24 hours of your purchase. After that, your order has already been sent to the print providers, and production on your product has already begun.

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. Note that holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase.

No, these new items won’t be replacing the treasures found at our beloved Angel’s Nook Camp Store at Whispering Winds. On the contrary, they are here to complement and enhance your shopping experience! Our physical store on the mountain will continue to offer a wide variety of items exclusively available at camp, ensuring that you’ll still be able to acquire those unique treasures when you visit.
