We work hard to ensure that all of our guests have an incredible experience. Our friendly staff is on hand to provide retreat support, as well as anything else you might need for your retreat.

We have a wide variety of activities including a large swimming pool, zip line, hiking trails and more, to help ensure that there is no shortage of fun for your group.

Delicious Meals

We offer year-round food service, with delicious, nutritious menus and friendly service.

Lodging

We offer a wide spectrum of high-quality lodging options to suit your group’s specific needs. No "roughing it" here....unless you want to! Regular rates or off-season rates (Labor Day through Memorial Day, 5PM Mon – 8AM Fri) can be quoted upon request.

How do I begin the reservation process?

Complete our online rental inquiry form, or call our office at 619-464-1479. We will ask you the information on the inquiry form.

How much of a deposit is required? When is it due?

We require a 25% deposit for your minimum guaranteed number of people. Contracts are sent approximately 6 months prior to your arrival date; the deposit is due with the signed contract 30 days later.

What kind of retreats do you host?

We host groups from all over Southern California and Arizona for youth, confirmation, parish ministries, families, corporate retreats, etc.

Does my group have to be Catholic to come to Whispering Winds?

No, all groups are welcome!

What is included in the standard rate?

Lodging, meals, 1 meeting space per group, and most amenities. The challenge course and pool are additional and require advanced booking. Expecting 130+ people? Check out our Exclusive Use option!

What if I have more questions?

Can I visit the camp at any time outside of a contracted rental or program date?

Yes, but a Visitation Request Form must be completed, approved, and confirmed. Please fill out the Visitation Request Form and email it to office@whisperingwinds.org or fax it Attn: Director of Guest Services, to Whispering Winds’ main office at (619) 464-4491. If you have any questions, please call us at (619) 464-1479. You will receive confirmation of Whispering Winds’ receipt of your request, as well as approval of the requested date if available.
