Meet our Family Camp Speakers,
Steve and Cyndi Sapper!

Steve and Cyndi have been married for 26 years. They have been blessed with three children, Brian (23), Katherine (19) and Stevenson (18). Over the years they have worked in various ministries as Religious Education Instructors, Baptism Seminar Instructors, and retreat coordinators and speakers. They have both been deeply involved in the Cursillo movement, holding key leadership roles and sharing their faith through personal testimony talks and witnesses.

Steve graduated from Arizona State University in 1980 while Cyndi studied at San Diego State University and received her certification in Special Education Advocacy from University of San Diego. Both have dedicated their lives to their home life where they have been blessed with raising their children, including Stevenson, who is severely impacted by Autism.

Currently, Steve runs his own company offering specialized accounting services. Cyndi focuses her talents in the areas of college application, scholarship support and special education advocacy. The Sappers call Our Lady of Grace their parish home.

Steve and Cyndi have a down-to-earth approach and are deeply in love with their faith. They have embraced two phrases throughout their marriage:

“Family become what you are.” Pope John Paul II

“Keep that sense of humor, it’s critical!” From the movie, “Mr. Mom”

The Sappers will provide our adult guests at family camp with a message filled with practical tools to a meaningful marriage and useful parenting insights every parent can apply to their home life. They will also talk about the importance of prayer as individuals, fathers, mothers and married partners.
